Salmon Steak Bake recipeSalmon Steak Bake ingredients list:2 pk frozen salmon steaks (12oz).
1/8 ts ground pepper.
1/2 c dry red wine.
2 tb lemon juice.
1/2 ts cornstarch.
1 ts salt.
1 tb melted butter.
1/4 c finely chopped onion.
1 tb cold water.
1/2 c seedless green grapes. Instructions for Salmon Steak Bake:1. Heat oven to 475F.
2. Place frozen salmon steaks in buttered baking dish, 12*8*2 inches.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with melted butter.
4. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
5. While steaks are baking, heat wine, onion and lemon juice to boiling in 11/2-quart saucepan; reduce heat.
6. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
7. Stir water into cornstarch; stir into wine sauce.
8. Heat to boiling.
9. Boil and stir for one minute.
10. Stir in grapes.
11. Spoon sauce over salmon.
